Payment Plan Reports

Payment Plans Dashboard Overview

The Payment Plans tab in your Glade dashboard gives your firm a detailed view of every active, pending, or completed payment plan. This dashboard helps you monitor client payment progress, follow up on missed installments, and keep your revenue pipeline healthy.

Where to Find It

From the left navigation, go to:

Transactions → Payment Plans

This opens a full table of all client payment plans.

Understanding the Payment Plans Table

Each row in the table gives a complete snapshot of a client’s payment plan, including:

• Contact

The client assigned to the payment plan.

• Total Invoice Amount

The full amount the payment plan is meant to cover.

• Payment Plan Created

When the plan was created.

Total amount the client has paid to date.

• Amount Remaining

Balance left on the payment plan.

• Installment Size

The amount due each cycle.

• Last Payment Date

Shows when the most recent installment was attempted.

• Last Payment Status

Indicates if the last payment was:

  • Successful

  • Pending

  • Failed

  • Refunded

• Next Payment Date

When the next installment will be attempted.

• Payment Frequency

How often installments run (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

• Remaining Payments

How many installments are left.

• Workflow

Which case or workflow this payment plan is attached to.

• Payment Plan Status

Active, Completed, or Canceled.

Payment Plan Health

The Health column gives you an at-a-glance understanding of which payment plans need attention.

Health states include:

• Current

All payments have run successfully and on schedule.

• Retrying

An installment has failed and Glade is currently retrying it.

• Overdue

An installment failed all retries, and the missed amount has been automatically added to the end of the plan.

• Blocked

Two or more installments have failed all retry attempts.
This indicates the payment plan may be stagnating and requires immediate attention.

This column lets your team prioritize follow-up and prevent payment plans from falling behind.
