Glade includes an optional AI assistant that can automatically respond to leads and visitors who message your firm through the chat widget or your public Glade page.


How It Works

If AI is turned on, it will:

  • Respond to inbound messages from leads automatically

  • Answer common questions based on your firm’s FAQ

  • Help guide users to the correct consultation or workflow

  • Provide quick, friendly support even outside business hours

You’ll still see every conversation in your dashboard, and you can jump in at any time.


Customize Your AI Responses

You can tailor how the AI responds by editing:

  • Your FAQ
    Add common questions and answers to help the AI reply accurately.

  • Tone of Voice
    Choose or customize a tone that matches your firm’s style, such as:

    • Professional

    • Friendly

    • Warm

    • Direct

Both settings can be managed in your Account Profile.
