Glade Tasks
What Are Glade Tasks?
Glade Tasks help you and your team stay organized by showing everything that needs your attention across all active workflows. Tasks appear in two places:
Your Inbox
Your Home Page (in the “Team To-Do List” section)
Each task is automatically assigned to the right team member based on the workflow they are responsible for.
Where Tasks Come From
Tasks are generated by workflows and are tied to actions that require human review or approval. As clients complete steps, Glade creates tasks for your team to keep cases moving forward.
Common task types include:
Reviewing documents
Reviewing questionnaires
Responding to comments or messages
Pulling credit reports
Approving submitted information
Verifying identity or uploaded files
How Tasks Are Assigned
Tasks are assigned based on:
The team member responsible for the workflow
The step the client is currently in
Your firm’s workflow and assignment settings
Assignments may go to:
A specific attorney or staff member
A general workflow owner
Assignments within a workflow ensure the right person sees the task as soon as it’s ready.
Viewing Tasks
You can view tasks in two main locations:
📥 Inbox
This shows all tasks assigned to you personally, plus any team tasks you have permission to access.
🏠 Home Page
The “Team To-Do List” displays tasks across your firm. You can filter by team member, workflow, or status.
Completing a Task
Clicking a task will take you directly to the workflow step or client submission that needs review. Once you complete the required action, Glade will automatically:
Mark the task as completed
Move the workflow to the next step (if applicable)
Clear it from your Inbox and To-Do list
