How to Contact Glade Support

If you ever need help, you can reach the Glade support team directly from your dashboard. Support is built right into the product so you never have to leave your workspace.


How to Open Support Chat

You can open the support chat in two ways:

1. Keyboard Shortcut

Press “G” on your keyboard from anywhere in the dashboard.
This instantly opens the support chat panel.

2. Support Icon

Click the support icon located in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard navigation.


What Happens Next

When you open support chat:

  • A chat pane will slide out on the right side of your screen

  • You can send messages immediately

  • Your Glade back-office support team will respond in real time

  • All previous conversations stay visible for easy reference

Whether you have questions about workflows, billing, client tasks, or general platform usage, support is always a single click (or key press) away.
