Glade is a two-sided platform designed for both service providers and their clients.

The Dashboard is where your team manages everything related to clients and cases:

  • Credit reports & questionnaires

  • AI-powered tools

👤 Client Portal (For Your Clients)

Clients complete tasks, sign agreements, upload documents, and track their case inside their secure portal.

Clients can log in:

  • Directly at app.glade.ai/[your-firm-url]

  • Through your website’s login button

  • Through the embedded Glade chat widget on your website

A workflow is a guided, step-by-step process that automates how you collect information, serve clients, and deliver outcomes.

Each workflow contains:

  • Ways to initiate a case

  • Invoices tied to that workflow

  • A sequence of steps, each containing:

    • A message sent to the client

    • A set of “building block” tasks

We provide ready-made templates—customizable to fit your exact needs.


Workflow Statuses

As clients complete tasks, the workflow automatically moves through statuses.
Your firm can create custom statuses to match your process.


Workflow Editor

You can modify workflow templates using Glade’s visual editor.

You can customize:

  • Workflow title & general settings

  • Workflow pricing

  • Context options

  • Invoices

  • Assigned team members

  • All steps within the workflow


Workflow Steps

Each step includes:

  • Trigger – when the step should begin

  • Optional status update – e.g., “set workflow status to…”

  • Message – instructions shown to the client in chat

  • Building block tasks – the required actions for that step

When all tasks are complete, the workflow automatically moves to the next step.


Building Blocks

Building blocks are the core units that make workflows functional.

Available blocks:

  • Invoices

  • Custom Terms (signed agreements)

  • Document Requests (checklists of files to upload)

  • Form Requests (questionnaires for client or internal team)

  • Credit Report Pulls

Each step can contain one or many building blocks—fully customizable in the editor.
