The best way to reach Glade support is via your dashboard.
Once inside the dashboard, you can access your support chat from 2 easy locations:
On the keyboard, type "G" and the chat will pop out from the right hand side.
On the left side navigation panel of the dashboard, at the bottom, there's an icon of a headset. Clicking that opens the same support chat.
