How to Connect and Sync Your Calendar in Glade

Overview

Link your Google (G Suite) or Microsoft (Outlook) calendar to sync your availability and prevent clients from booking when you're not available.


Steps to Connect Your Calendar

Step 1 — From your Glade home dashboard, click the Connect Calendar button.

Step 2 — You will be routed to Services — select the service you want to sync (e.g., Initial Intake Consultation).

Step 3 — Click Availability.

Step 4 — Find the row with your name, click the three-dot action button (⋮), and select Edit Availability.

Step 5 — Choose to connect your Google (G Suite) or Microsoft (Outlook) calendar and follow the prompts to authorize access.


Troubleshooting Tips

Make sure you grant full permission when authorizing the calendar so your availability can be read correctly. If you have multiple calendars in your account, double check that the correct one is selected. After connecting, test by attempting a booking to confirm that unavailable times are properly blocked.
