PACER 2FA Setup in Glade
Two-factor authentication adds security to your PACER account by requiring a code from your phone in addition to your password.
Open PACER in Google Chrome: https://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/pscof/login.xhtml
Enter your username and password, then click Login
Enter your current 2FA code from your authentication app and click Submit
Click Manage MFA Settings → Add App
Click Manage Add App
When prompted, enter the security code sent by PACER to your email and click Submit
In the nickname field, enter "Glade", then click Next
You'll see a long string of characters at the bottom of the screen. Copy it (Ctrl + C) and click Next
In Glade
In a new browser tab, open Glade.ai: https://app.glade.ai/dashboard/account/integrations
Click the blue "PACER E-Filing Settings" button on the right
Click Connect New PACER Account
Enter your PACER username and password
Paste (Ctrl + V) the long string of characters copied from PACER
Copy (Ctrl + C) the App Authentication Manual Entry Key provided by Glade
Back in PACER
Return to the PACER window and paste (Ctrl + V) the Glade App Authentication Manual Entry Key, then click Next
Enter the one-time passcode from your app and click Submit
Click Submit again on the Confirmation page
Back in Glade
Click Connect
Once connected, you may close the Glade window
You're all set! Glade is now linked to PACER with 2FA enabled.

⚠️ Important Have the attorney available during setup. They'll need to check their email for verification codes at multiple steps.
Quick Troubleshooting
No email received? Check spam folder. Make sure the email on file with PACER is correct.
App not working? Check that your phone's clock is set to automatic sync.
Code expired? Codes expire after 30 seconds. Generate a new code and enter it right away.
