Edit or Update a Spouse/Contact Email on a Client Profile

How to edit a spouse or secondary contact email

Overview

If a spouse or secondary contact's email needs updating, you can edit their contact record from the client profile.

Steps

  1. Open the client record in the app.

  2. From the client profile, click the spouse or secondary contact to open their contact card.

  3. Click the three-dots (ellipsis) button in the top-right of the contact card.

  4. Select Edit contact.

  5. Update the email address field and save your changes.

Notes & tips

  • Make sure you have permission to edit contact information before making changes.

  • If you cannot find the contact from the client profile, try searching the Contacts list directly.

  • When contacting support, provide the full client name or a workflow link to help us locate the correct record faster.
