How to initiate an associated case

Step by step guide:

1. On the initial workflow for consultation, look for the button that reads "Initiate Associated Case."

2. When you click that, you will be able to create a case from that original case.

3. The original case and the newly created associated case will be linked at the top of the workflow view.
