How to Turn Off Client Notifications (SMS & Email)
Clients can manage two types of notifications from their Glade profile settings.
Steps
Click your name in the bottom-left corner
Select Your Profile
SMS Notifications
Scroll to Your Phone Number
Uncheck the opt-in box for SMS notifications
Click Save
Broadcast Email Notifications
Scroll to the Broadcasts section
Toggle off Subscribe to Broadcast Email Notifications
Click Save
Note: Your email address (used for all Glade notifications) can also be updated in the Your Email section. Each section requires its own Save.
