Trouble Signing In or Forgot Your Password"
Can't Sign In or Forgot Your Password?
If you are having trouble signing into your Glade portal, here are the most common situations and how to resolve each one.
You forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, click the "Forgot password?" link and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Once reset, return to your firm's portal link and sign in as normal.
You are trying to sign up, but Glade says your email already exists
This happens when your email is already on file from a previous interaction with your firm. What happens next depends on your account status:
If no password has been set on your account yet, Glade will email you a one-time verification code and prompt you to enter it. Once verified, you will be signed in automatically.
If your account already has a password, you will see a "Sign in instead" button on the screen. Click it and sign in using your existing password. If you do not remember it, use the forgot password option from there.
You refreshed the page in the middle of verifying your email
If you refresh during the verification step, you may see a "Session expired" message. Click the button on that screen to return to the sign-up page and start again.
You are not receiving the sign-in or reset email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, confirm with your firm that the correct email address is on file for you. The email will come from Glade, so adding it to your contacts can help future messages land in your inbox.
You are still locked out
If none of the above resolves your issue, contact your law firm directly. Their team can look up your account and resend access from their side.
If your workflow has already been created for you by your firm, make sure you are clicking Sign In and not Sign Up on the portal screen. Signing up will attempt to create a new account and may cause confusion if your email is already on file.
