Where to View Client Paystubs
Once your client uploads their paystubs, you can view them in a couple of places within their case workflow.
In the Income Organizer
The primary place to review paystubs is in the income organizer:
Open the client's case workflow.
Go to the Income Organizer section.
All paystubs your client has uploaded will be visible here, organized by date.
Click on any paystub to view the details and information that was extracted from it.
On the Document Checklist
You can also see paystubs listed on the document checklist for the case. This gives you a quick overview of which documents the client has submitted and their status.
Open the client's case workflow.
Navigate to the Document Checklist.
Paystubs will be listed here along with other submitted documents.
You can verify that paystubs have been received and are accounted for.
What to do if paystubs are missing
If you don't see paystubs in the income organizer or document checklist, it means your client hasn't uploaded them yet. You can follow up with them to request the paystubs, or they can add them directly through their client workflow by clicking on the income organizer and uploading the documents there.
