How to Create and Manage Availability (Glade 2.0)

How to create and manage availability

Overview

Availability controls when a team member can be booked for a given service — phone consultations, video conferences, petition signing appointments, or any other bookable appointment type. Each service has its own Availability tab where you set a weekly recurring schedule per team member.

Steps

  1. Press "S" on your keyboard, or click the Services & modules icon in the left sidebar and select Services & Workflows.

  2. Select the relevant service — this applies to any bookable appointment type, such as Debt Relief Consultation, Ch. 7 Petition Signing Appointment, or Ch. 13 Petition Signing Appointment.

  3. In the service's left-hand submenu, click Availability (alongside Product Details, Payments Processing, Prices, Workflows, and Custom terms).

  4. Under Team member, select the person whose availability you want to view or edit from the dropdown.

  5. Under Weekly schedule, confirm or change the Timezone (e.g. America/Chicago) — all times for this schedule are set in this timezone.

  6. Each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) shows as Unavailable by default. Click + Add time block under a day to add an available window for that day.

  7. Repeat for each day the team member should be bookable.

  8. Click Save availability at the bottom right when you're done.

The service's Product Details tab (next to Availability in the same submenu) controls related booking behavior, including:

  • Active and Show on OneLink toggles

  • Include video conference link — relevant if this appointment type is a video consultation

  • Allow rescheduling within 48 hours

  • Number of concurrent bookings

  • Calendar event note — shown to the client (e.g. instructions to be in a private space for a phone call)

  • Include in intake metrics

Changes here are saved with the Save details button, separate from the Availability tab's Save availability button.

Notes & tips

  • ⚠️ Needs verification: The original UI's availability article also described connecting a personal Google/Outlook calendar via a three-dot menu (⋮) next to the team member's name, and a separate account-level calendar connection under "Your Account." Neither of these was visible in the Glade 2.0 screenshots reviewed so far — it's unconfirmed whether calendar sync/connection still exists in Glade 2.0, has moved elsewhere, or has been replaced entirely by this manual Weekly schedule editor. Please confirm before publishing.

  • Some services (e.g. Ch. 13 Petition Signing Appointment) show a Booking settings section below Availability — not yet documented here; a screenshot of that section would help complete this article.

  • A day with no time blocks added stays marked Unavailable — clients cannot book that team member on that day until at least one time block is added and saved.
