Disable Email Notifications for Client Account Sign-ins and Uploads
Prevent emails when clients sign in or upload documents
If you’re receiving emails whenever clients sign into their account or upload documents, you can stop these notifications by disabling the related email options in your Building Blocks and Notifications settings.
Steps to disable document-upload notifications
Go to Settings → Building Blocks.
Open each Document Request building block that sends uploads.
Locate the option labeled email notifications and toggle it off.
Save your changes.
Steps to disable sign-in or account activity emails
Go to Settings → Notifications (or similar notification preferences).
Find any settings related to client sign-ins, account activity, or document uploads.
Turn off the notifications you no longer want to receive.
If you need help
If you want us to disable these for you, tell us which document requests or notification types to update.
Include the names of the building blocks or the notification types (no account passwords or personal data needed).
Troubleshooting
If you still receive emails after changing settings, try clearing cache or logging out and back in, then confirm the building block settings are saved.
Contact support with the specific notification subject lines (not personal data) so we can identify the source.
