How to Change Appointment Duration in Services

Use these steps to change the default duration of any appointment type in Glade — for example, changing a consultation from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.

Steps

1. From anywhere in your Glade dashboard, press S on your keyboard to jump to Services (or navigate to it in the left menu)

2. Select the service you want to update (e.g., Initial Intake Consultation)

3. Click on Prices

4. Click Edit Prices

5. Change the Duration (minutes) to your desired duration (e.g., 90 for 1.5 hours)

6. Click Update Price to save

Note: If you have multiple services (e.g., a signing appointment type), repeat these steps for each service you want to update. Changes apply to new bookings only.
